Bimongsamong: a Blur in Grief

Reading of a play in progress

"Bimongsamong (비몽사몽)" refers to a blurry state in which reality and dream cannot be distinguished.

Inspired by the Sewol ferry accident which happened on 16 April 2014 in South Korea, Lewis Carroll's Alice stories, and Jeju mythology, "Bimongsamong: a Blur in Grief" explores how grief transforms our perception--reality is too much nightmarish and nightmares resembles the reality too much.
